In my boredom this evening, I decided to see if I could find anything out about it. The tag on it says it's made by Lincoln Furniture Mfg. Co, has a date of 601012, with the style being Mars, the fabric described as "Venezia Oyster W/ Venezia Citmus welts & applique," order number 32159, and stating that it was made expressly for Reno Furniture. There's also a Marflex (r) label in there that reads "Marflex cushions should be turned regularly to minimize wrinkling and to maintain the excellent tailoring
There are also two matching chairs (they have the same order number):
Anyway, google failed me here. The first result looks like a company that sells vintage ads. The other results seem to refer to lawsuits the company went through. A serarch for Marflex seems to suggest that it's now a water-proofing product for basements. Marflex cushions yields much better results, with what appears to be the company profile for the manufacturer of the cushion (which appears to have renamed itself several times), as well as a 1960's furniture ad from the San Mateo Times. The ad copy reads
