So, yesterday was snowboarding in beautiful conditions (though it was starting to get just a tad bit soft), and today was a nice run.
The Nike+iPod says I did 8.8 miles, though I think I probably only ran about 6.5 of that, since I ended up walking as my knees started screaming at me. Was about 80 degrees out today in Reno, which is absurd, but was nice for the run . . .
