The Lives of Others

Wow. I just finished watching The Lives of Others. Wow.

Pacing definitely was a bit slow in the beginning, but once you get to the end, such a great movie. Great story of East Germany, the Stasi, and the difference that individuals can make in the world, without being over-the-top. Don't get me wrong, I like over-the-top films like Pay it Forward, but there's something to be said for subtlety at times.

If you're into foreign film, definitely check it out.
