buzzed, B&W

Argh, obsolescence

Bleh, the state of Montana is a little behind. I'm trying to use their webmail system, which is just Outlook Web Access. Now, when I first used it, I didn't notice anything, but now that I'm actually trying to work with it, it's horrible and painful. I'm not sure what version it is, but since the note at the bottom of the page reccomends IE 3.0 or Netscape Navigator 3.0, I'm guessing it's about circa 1996. 8 years old. That's ancient in terms of computers. I've used more recent versions of webmail, but who knows.

The outdated version the state uses is driving me nuts. The calendar uses Java, so it takes forever to load, it doesn't let you access sub-folders for addresses, and it's incompatible with Firefox. So much for working out of the office . . .
