buzzed, B&W

(no subject)

So, I don't usually post silly online quiz results (well, at least not that often) but this one hit the nail on the head:

I am, of course, none other than blank verse.
I don't know where I'm going, yes, quite right;
And when I get there (if I ever do)
I might not recognise it. So? Your point?
Why should I have a destination set?
I'm relatively happy as I am,
And wouldn't want to be forever aimed
Towards some future path or special goal.
It's not to do with laziness, as such.
It's just that one the whole I'd rather not
Be bothered - so I drift contentedly;
An underrated way of life, I find.

I'm watching A Guy Thing, mainly because it has Julia Stiles in it. I rented it since I wanted a break from the more thought provoking movies I've been watching, and it seemed like it'd be a nice no brainer movie. There's a part in it where Stiles' character has a nice line in response to Jason Lee's character criticizing Stiles' character about her job hunting. She responds by saying she has no fear, that she's trying out all these different options because she doesn't want to get stuck in a job she doesn't love. Decent scene.

On an unrelated note, Dan and I were talking about car prices yesterday, and boy were we both way off. He thought a Mustang Cobra ran 70k, but apparently they start at just under 40k. We also discussed the Ford GT, which apparently will start under 150k. I also thought a Dodge Viper ran close to 200k, but apparently it's only 80k. Now that I've looked that up, I remember knowing this before. Looks like we were both wrong.
