Bleh, I should google more rather than assuming that documentation is going to have the answers. My ISP started blocking port 25 a few months ago. I thought that by changing smtp to use port 25000 on my computer, that would make things work, but apparently not as most e-mail servers listen on port 25, so while I'm trying to connect at 25000 on their end, I won't reach it since they're waiting for me at 25 . . . I'm glad I spent so much time this weekend trying to figure this out . . . *sighs*
