I hate tech support

Argh, I spent 30 minutes fixing the wireless network here at the Red Lion Colonial Hotel in Helena. I didn't see their AP, and told them this right away, having tried to connect from the lobby and conference rooms, but no, they have me go through all their steps, configuring APs, SSIDs, etc, before finally trying to ping their APs from their end, and saying "oh wait, I'm not getting a respone from any of our APs." Idiots. If they only listened to me in the beginning, it wouldn't have taken them this long to reset their hardware.
