Amazingly, Dell support wasn't too bad. I noticed on Friday at work that the left hinge on my laptop was a bit askew. It appears that it's broken. So I called support tonight, and I was only on the phone for about 35 minutes and they're going to send someone with a new hinge and hinge cover. The only real issue I had was that the guy I was talking to had a foreign accent. I would guess he was Indian and this was one of those call centers that's been farmed out to India. They said they'll enter it into the system Monday, and I should get a call Tuesday, and can arrange service at that point. Thus far I'm pleased with the service . . . we'll see how the rest of it goes . . .
